Truck World Repair LLC ships high-quality truck parts for commercial vehicles and fleets throughout the United States, with a primary focus on South Carolina. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods or for special-order parts, processing may take 3–5 business days. You will be notified if a delay is expected.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use a variety of carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and regional LTL freight carriers for heavy or oversized parts. The shipping method is automatically selected based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Available shipping options (calculated at checkout):
Standard Ground (3–7 business days)
Expedited (2–3 business days)
Overnight (1–2 business days)
LTL Freight (for large or heavy items – additional lead time may apply)
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address.
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders (if any promotion is active).
You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
5. Delivery Areas
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses (additional restrictions may apply for oversized parts).
We do not currently ship internationally.
For remote or rural addresses, delivery may take additional time.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:

Link to track your shipment
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and the part, and contact us within 2 business days of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the item, please check with neighbors or your local post office. After that, contact us within 5 business days so we can investigate.
Stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature (additional fee may apply).
8. Shipping Restrictions
Some parts (e.g., hazardous materials, large batteries, certain fluids) cannot be shipped via standard methods. We will contact you if such restrictions apply.
We do not ship to freight forwarders or addresses outside the US. International orders are not accepted.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.
If you realize you entered the wrong address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot change the address once the order has been processed for shipping.
10. Signature Requirement
For high-value items (over $300) or at the carrier’s discretion, a signature may be required upon delivery. You will be notified during checkout if this applies to your order.
11. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
