1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
Returns requested after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

- Special order or custom parts
- Installed, used, or damaged parts
- Opened kits or incomplete items
3. Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the type and condition of the part.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

8. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Truck World Repair LLC is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
